Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us via email with your order details and a clear description of the issue. Photo evidence may be requested to help us verify the defect.

Once reviewed, we will notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe to confirm whether you are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, or a replacement product will be sent where applicable.

Shipping Guarantee

We take pride in ensuring successful delivery of every order. If your package does not arrive or is intercepted during transit, we offer a free reshipment under the conditions below:

  • Free reshipping is available after a 2-business-day waiting period.
  • Most packages arrive within 1–3 business days, though international shipping and customs processes may cause delays.
  • If an incorrect address is entered at checkout (such as a missing apartment number), free reshipping is not available. Addresses are printed exactly as submitted by the customer.
  • In cases of address errors, we offer a 40% discount coupon for your next order as a courtesy.
  • An alternative delivery address may be provided for reshipments, and a different discreet packaging method will be used.

We ship worldwide to most countries we receive orders from.

Please note:
Orders shipped to the following regions are sent at the customer’s own risk, and free reshipping is not available if delivery fails:

  • India
  • Middle East

For most other countries — including the UK, United States, Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Germany, Greece, and Ireland — delivery is guaranteed under our shipping policy.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We currently offer:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $30
  • Overnight Shipping: $50

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund using the original payment method. With your consent, we may also source the product and ship it once available.

Delivery Location & Eligibility

  • Orders are delivered to valid residential or business addresses.
  • Customers must meet the legal age requirement applicable in their jurisdiction.
  • All shipments are prepaid and handled through trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, and other international carriers.
  • All products are securely vacuum-sealed before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Major locations: 1–3 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 3–5 business days

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. This can be used on the courier’s official website to monitor delivery progress. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Orders are typically processed within two business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We do not ship on Sundays. Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on contents.

  • All orders are packed in airtight, smell-proof, vacuum-sealed packaging.
  • Packages are shipped in plain, unmarked courier packaging.
  • Please ensure your full legal name and correct delivery address are provided to avoid delays.
